When you request assistance you will be prompted to download a 451KB file called support.exe this will allow use to take full control of your PC.

With this technology we can support Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP and 2003!

There is no need to reconfigure your firewall or NAT'd router to allow us to take full control of your PC.

When the support visit is completed all the files installed will be automatically removed and we will no longer have access to your PC. This way there is no security risk after we leave.
